Wednesday, September 6th, 2006タイナカ サチ ― 君との明日(tv-size)/Tainaka Sachi - Kimi to no Ashita (tv-size)
Wednesday, September 6th, 2006According to some comments and other miscellaneous sources, the ED of episode 24 of popular anime Fate/stay night is entitled ‘君との明日’ (Kimi to no Ashita, lit. A Tomorrow with You), by Tainaka Sachi, who is credited with the two OPs of the series, as well as the ED of Saiunkoku Monogatari (彩雲国物語), Saikou no Kataomoi (最高の片想い).
The song is currently not released anywhere, even the official soundtrack. So we all have to wait patiently for it.
Based on the distinctive style of the song, I shall assume that Tainaka Sachi herself composed the song. This is a conclusion arrived at after comparison with the two coupled withs of the OP singles, 忘れかけていたのかな and 少年の夢, and 最高の片想い.
タイナカ サチ ― 最高の片想い/Tainaka Sachi - Saikou no Kataomoi
Wednesday, August 30th, 2006*UPDATE (SEPTEMBER 10): As of now I am still constantly refining the translation, so please comment if you find something wrong with it.
I present to you, before the CD’s actually released in stores, the translated and romanized lyrics for the new Tainaka Sachi single, Saikou no Kataomoi. Upon the addition of Kanji and refinement this will be my seventh completed translation project (I prefer to take it as a new one, despite the fact that I already translated the TV-size version, and some improvements have been made on this version from the last)
I did this based on the promo video available on youtube, which appears to be the full song. Note that some mistakes are possible; finalized translations and Kanji will be provided once I receive the official lyrics.

偶然じゃない
二人出逢えたのは
ずっと前から決まってた運命
目を閉じるたび
空を見上げるたびに
幻のようなあの日々が蘇る
道は進むたびに遠くなる
だけど歩くよ このまま
私には見える君との明日が
君にも分かるよ いつだってそう
必ず守るよ 約束したから
悲しいときには側にいたいよ
偶然じゃない
二人出逢えたのは
ずっと前から夢見てた運命

Tt’s no coincidence that we met;
It’s a fate decided long agoWhenever I close my eyes
Or look up at the sky
Those dream-like days come again to life
The path drifts further away with each step
But I will continue to walk, just like this can see a future (lit. tomorrow) together with you
You know it too, right? Like you always have
I’ll definitely protect you, since I have promised to
I want to be by your side when you’re feeling sad
It’s no coincidence that we met;
It’s a fate I have seen long ago in a dream
