This song’s name is “๊Unmei no yoru” or “Fate/stay night” ^-^

Unmei no Yoru is a song in the OST. The song in question isn’t released anywhere yet.
According to my interpretation of Tainaka Sachi’s blog, it should be 君との明日, but needs to be confirmed. I’ll be posting further about this.

Yeah Unmei no Yoru isn’t the ending theme to episode 24. I’ve been searching for this song and its name for a while and I can’t find it
